Your Responsibility: The security of your Account also depends on you. Never share your password with anyone — including batjee support staff, who will never ask for it. Use a strong, unique password. Enable 2FA. If you believe your Account has been compromised, contact batjee live chat immediately and change your password.
As a batjee Player, you hold the following rights in relation to your Personal Data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact batjee via the live chat support channel or by submitting a written request to the email address specified in Section 13. batjee will respond to all rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt.
Requests will be actioned free of charge in the vast majority of cases. Where a request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive, batjee reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline to act, with written reasons provided.
Request a copy of all Personal Data batjee holds about you, including your KYC records, transaction history, gaming records, and any responsible gaming notes associated with your Account.
Request correction of any inaccurate Personal Data we hold about you — for example, a misspelled name or incorrect date of birth on your Account. Changes to CNIC data require re-verification.
Request deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes collected, where you have withdrawn consent, or where the data was processed unlawfully — subject to regulatory retention obligations.
Request that batjee restricts active processing of your Personal Data — for example, while the accuracy of data is being contested, or while a complaint about processing is under review.
Object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, including profiling for marketing segmentation and certain analytics activities. batjee will cease processing unless compelling legitimate grounds override your objection.
Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time via your Account settings or by contacting support. Withdrawal takes effect within 48 hours and does not affect any other processing carried out on a different legal basis.
The batjee Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from any individual under the age of 21, and we actively work to prevent minors from accessing the Platform.
batjee enforces the 21+ age restriction through mandatory CNIC-based KYC verification. The CNIC of any Pakistani national confirms their date of birth, and no Account may pass KYC without a valid CNIC confirming eligibility. Any Account registered to an individual found to be under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed.
If batjee becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, the associated Account will be closed immediately, all data pertaining to that individual will be deleted from our active systems (subject to any mandatory regulatory reporting requirements arising from the underage access itself), and any Funds held in the Account will be returned to the payment source.
Parents and guardians who believe that a minor under their care has accessed the batjee Platform are encouraged to contact batjee immediately via live chat. batjee will investigate and take appropriate action, including full deletion of the minor's data, as quickly as possible.
batjee reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, licensing requirements, or operational needs. The effective date at the top of this Policy reflects the date on which the current version came into effect.
Material changes to this Privacy Policy — meaning changes that significantly affect your rights or how your Personal Data is used — will be communicated to all registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notification displayed on the Platform, no fewer than 14 calendar days before the changes take effect.
Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Policy — may be implemented without prior notice, with the version number updated accordingly. Your continued use of the batjee Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

Your real-money Account balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of confirmed closure.
