batjee Privacy Policy — How We Collect, Use & Protect Your Personal Data

This Privacy Policy is issued by batjee ("batjee," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at batjee.site (the "Platform"). It governs the collection, processing, storage, and disclosure of personal data relating to all individuals who access or register on the Platform, including players based in Pakistan and any other jurisdiction from which the Platform is accessible ("you," "your," "Player").

Without this processing, batjee cannot provide the services you have contracted for.

• Fraud prevention and platform security: Detecting and investigating suspicious activity, duplicate Accounts, chargebacks, collusion, bot usage, and any other form of Prohibited Conduct as defined in the Terms & Conditions.
• Customer support: Responding to live chat, email, and support ticket queries; maintaining interaction records for quality assurance and dispute resolution; training support staff using anonymised interaction data.
• Marketing communications (consent-based): Sending promotional emails, SMS notifications, and in-platform messages regarding bonuses, new game launches, cricket betting markets, and VIP programme updates — only where explicit consent has been given and remains active.
• Platform analytics and improvement: Using anonymised and aggregated Technical Data to understand how Pakistani players use the Platform, which features are most used, and where technical improvements should be prioritised.

batjee will not use your Personal Data for any purpose materially different from those listed above without providing prior notice and, where required, obtaining fresh consent.

batjee may share your Personal Data with the following categories of recipients in the circumstances described:

• Payment service providers: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other payment processors receive the transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the purpose of processing batjee transactions.
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party document authentication services receive CNIC images and identity data submitted during verification. These providers are contractually bound to use data solely for verification purposes and to delete it following completion of the verification process.
• Game content providers: Third-party game studios and live dealer platform providers whose games are hosted on batjee may receive anonymised session data necessary to deliver and maintain game functionality. batjee retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by our gaming license obligations and applicable law. The following retention periods apply:

• Account and KYC Data: Retained for the full duration of the Account lifecycle plus a minimum of 5 years following Account closure. This retention period is mandated by our international gaming license for AML and regulatory audit purposes.
• Transaction Records: All deposit, withdrawal, and betting transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years following the date of each transaction, in line with standard financial record-keeping obligations.

• Encryption at rest: Sensitive Personal Data — including CNIC numbers, financial account details, and KYC documentation — is encrypted at rest in batjee's secure database infrastructure using AES-256 encryption.

• Incident response: batjee maintains a documented data breach response procedure. In the event of a breach affecting your Personal Data, batjee will notify affected Players and relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable obligations and without undue delay.

As a batjee Player, you hold the following rights in relation to your Personal Data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact batjee via the live chat support channel or by submitting a written request to the email address specified in Section 13. batjee will respond to all rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Requests will be actioned free of charge in the vast majority of cases. Where a request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive, batjee reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline to act, with written reasons provided.

batjee enforces the 21+ age restriction through mandatory CNIC-based KYC verification. The CNIC of any Pakistani national confirms their date of birth, and no Account may pass KYC without a valid CNIC confirming eligibility. Any Account registered to an individual found to be under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed.

If batjee becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, the associated Account will be closed immediately, all data pertaining to that individual will be deleted from our active systems (subject to any mandatory regulatory reporting requirements arising from the underage access itself), and any Funds held in the Account will be returned to the payment source.

Parents and guardians who believe that a minor under their care has accessed the batjee Platform are encouraged to contact batjee immediately via live chat. batjee will investigate and take appropriate action, including full deletion of the minor's data, as quickly as possible.

batjee reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, licensing requirements, or operational needs. The effective date at the top of this Policy reflects the date on which the current version came into effect.

Material changes to this Privacy Policy — meaning changes that significantly affect your rights or how your Personal Data is used — will be communicated to all registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notification displayed on the Platform, no fewer than 14 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Policy — may be implemented without prior notice, with the version number updated accordingly. Your continued use of the batjee Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

Your real-money Account balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of confirmed closure.
