These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and batjee. By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the batjee platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to all provisions set out below. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the platform.
The six points below summarise the most important obligations and entitlements under these Terms. They do not replace the full Terms — please read every clause carefully.
You must be 21 years of age or older to hold a batjee account. Age is verified via CNIC during KYC. Any account found to belong to an underage individual is closed immediately and any balance is returned. batjee does not negotiate this policy.
Each individual may hold only one registered batjee account at any time. Duplicate accounts, regardless of reason, will be suspended and any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. This applies to all Pakistani cities and regions.
All bonuses issued by batjee are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the relevant promotion's specific terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
batjee prohibits all forms of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting systems, and any automated or robotic betting software. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will be closed and any suspicious winnings voided without notice.
All batjee accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. No third-party payments are accepted.
batjee requires full KYC verification — including CNIC submission — before approving any withdrawal. Providing false identity information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent closure of the account and referral to relevant authorities.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or Rs apply to the currency denomination of all Account balances on the Platform.
Strict 21+ Policy: Access to batjee is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is an absolute, non-negotiable condition. batjee enforces this requirement under its international gaming license obligations.
By registering an Account on batjee, you represent and warrant that you are:
batjee verifies age and identity through the CNIC submission process during KYC. You may be required to provide clear scanned or photographed copies of your CNIC (front and back), proof of address, and/or proof of the payment method registered to your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by batjee will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
batjee reserves the right to suspend Account access and withhold Funds pending age verification at any point during the Account lifecycle — not only at registration. If verification reveals that a Player was underage at any time during their use of the Platform, the Account will be permanently closed, all bets and casino activity during that period will be voided, and all Funds will be returned to the payment source, less any bonus amounts credited.
Each eligible individual may register only one Account on the batjee Platform. Holding multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, CNIC, device, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited, subject to any applicable regulatory reporting obligations.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination and may constitute fraud under applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. batjee will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel — live chat, email, or otherwise. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify batjee immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.
We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your batjee Account. 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access by requiring an OTP sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number in addition to your password on each login.
batjee reserves the right to request re-verification of your identity at any time. This may include requesting updated CNIC documentation, proof of source of funds, or additional documents required by our licensing obligations. Refusal to comply with a verification request within 14 calendar days will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to the Account.
All Account balances are maintained and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). batjee does not apply currency conversion to Player Funds — what you deposit in PKR is credited in PKR, and withdrawals are disbursed in PKR to the registered payment method.
Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard inter-bank bank transfers from any registered Pakistani commercial bank account. batjee reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion, with reasonable prior notice to active Players where practicable.
Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation of receipt by batjee's payment processor. batjee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or issues with your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's banking page and are subject to change. batjee does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed through the batjee Golden Bank system. To be eligible for a withdrawal, your Account must have completed full KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and, where approved, disbursed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit on the Account. batjee does not dispatch funds to third-party accounts, accounts not in the Player's verified name, or payment methods not previously used for deposit on the same Account.
batjee aims to process approved JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. batjee does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions, public holidays, or regulatory hold requirements.
Anti-Money Laundering: batjee is obligated under its international gaming license to conduct AML screening on all accounts and transactions. Large or unusual withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced due diligence, including requests for source-of-funds documentation. Cooperation with these requests is required as a condition of continued Account access.
batjee reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the Account balance if KYC documentation is outstanding, if the withdrawal would result in a negative real-money balance after bonus reversals, or if a suspicious activity flag has been raised on the Account pending investigation. Players will be notified of such holds via the registered email address.
batjee offers various promotional offers to eligible registered Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (where applicable to sports betting bonuses) are set out in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — including but not limited to low-margin wagering to meet requirements, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play with other Players — constitutes Prohibited Conduct. batjee may void bonuses and associated winnings and close Accounts where such activity is identified.
All bets placed and games played on the batjee Platform are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each product — cricket betting, live casino, slots, instant games (Triple), and any other products offered on the Platform. Product-specific rules are published on the relevant product pages and form part of these Terms by reference.
Sports Betting: All sports bets — including cricket, football, UFC, and other markets — are final once confirmed by the Platform. batjee reserves the right to void bets where the outcome is affected by verifiable irregularities including match-fixing, data errors, or events falling outside normal sporting parameters. In-play bet settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL, the ICC for international cricket). batjee's decision on settlement is final.
Casino Games: All casino games — live dealer tables, slots, and instant games — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology verified by independent third-party testing agencies. batjee does not manipulate game outcomes. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel and represent long-run statistical expectations, not guaranteed per-session returns.
batjee reserves the right to void any bet, spin, or game round where a technical fault, software error, or data transmission problem has resulted in an incorrect outcome being displayed or credited. Winnings attributed to such errors will be reversed and the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the batjee Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles batjee to take immediate action including Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral of evidence to regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
batjee employs real-time fraud detection systems and conducts routine account audits. Where Prohibited Conduct is suspected, batjee may freeze the Account and withhold associated Funds pending investigation without prior notice. batjee is not liable for any losses incurred by a Player as a result of a good-faith fraud investigation hold.
All content on the batjee Platform — including but not limited to the batjee brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of batjee or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
Third-party game providers whose titles are hosted on the batjee Platform retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game content. Your use of those games is also subject to the terms of the relevant game providers as notified from time to time.

Closure by Player: You may close your batjee Account at any time by contacting live chat support. Before closure is confirmed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Any active Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure. Real-money Funds are disbursed within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.
Termination by batjee: batjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon termination for cause, batjee reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where investigations conclude that a breach has occurred, batjee may forfeit the relevant balance in accordance with its license obligations and these Terms. Players retain the right to request a review of any forfeiture decision by submitting a formal dispute through the process described in Clause 14.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, batjee's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
batjee shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — including direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses — arising from or in connection with:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit batjee's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Players in Pakistan retain any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law notwithstanding these Terms.
batjee collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data — including CNIC information, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment data, and device and session information — in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the batjee Privacy Policy.
Your personal data is used for the following primary purposes: account management and KYC verification; transaction processing and fraud prevention; regulatory compliance and AML obligations; responsible gaming monitoring; and, where you have consented, promotional communications. batjee does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where required by our license, by law, or as necessary to deliver the services you have requested (such as payment processing via JazzCash or EasyPaisa).
You may exercise your data subject rights — including access, rectification, restriction of processing, and, where applicable, erasure — by contacting batjee support via the Platform's live chat. Requests are actioned within 30 days of receipt, subject to any overriding legal or regulatory retention obligations.
batjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address registered on the Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the batjee Platform following the notified effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date. Closure requests submitted in response to Terms amendments will be processed without penalty, and any real-money Account balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, and additions reflecting new regulatory guidance — may be made without prior notice. The version number displayed on this page will be updated to reflect any such revision.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which batjee's international gaming license is issued, to the exclusion of conflict-of-laws principles that would require the application of any other law.
Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute between you and batjee, you agree to first attempt resolution through batjee's internal complaints procedure, which is as follows:
You agree that you will not initiate any legal or arbitral proceedings against batjee without first exhausting the internal complaint procedure described above. batjee's internal complaint decisions are final for amounts below PKR 50,000 unless a material error of fact can be demonstrated through the escalation process.
